An operating advisor at Broadscale, Ann Hand was named as one of Fortune Magazine’s “Top 10 Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs” in 2013 and is one of a handful of women who have risen to the top ranks of the energy industry.
Over the last five years, she served as CEO of Project Frog raising $42M in venture capital to create a unique brand and expand the product offering and market reach of Frog’s component buildings resulting in a 4x growth in revenue and 10x growth in delivered volume.
Previously, Ann served as SVP of Global Brand, Marketing and Innovation at BP, where she managed the brand worldwide. Prior to that, Ann held the position of chief executive of the multi-billion dollar Global Liquefied Petroleum Gas business unit where she had full P&L accountability across 15 countries, oversaw 3,000 employees and increased operating profit by 250-percent.
Ann is a graduate of DePauw University and Kellogg School of Management and currently resides in Los Angeles after spending a significant amount of her career abroad.
